August 18th, 2019:

Featured Chef: Sean Brock formerly of Husk and McCrady's

For the past 12 years Sean Brock was the chef/ partner of McCrady's in Charleston, South Carolina. Sean is also the founding Chef of Husk Restaurants throughout the Southeast. In 2010, Brock won the James Beard Award for Best Chef; Southeast, and is a four-time finalist for Outstanding Chef, as well as a three-time finalist for Rising Star Chef. His cookbook, Heritage, is a New York Times Bestseller and winner of the 2015 American Cooking James Beard Award.

October 6th, 2019:

Featured Chef: Curtis Di Fede of Miminashi

Before opening his own space, Chef and Proprietor Curtis Di Fede studied in London and Paris, working with some of the world's greatest chefs, including Heston Blumenthal and Thomas Keller. In 2016 Di Fede opened Miminashi bringing Japanese izakaya-style cuisine to Napa Valley, earning high praise from the San Francisco Chronicle. Curtis' style is fresh and simple, showcasing beautiful local ingredients with Japanese style.

December 1st, 2019:

Featured Chef: Jessica Koslow of Sqirl

Jessica Koslow started her career in pastry at the celebrated Bacchanalia in Atlanta, Georgia. Koslow is a bestselling cookbook author, a two time James Beard Award-nominated chef-owner and her restaurant Sqirl has been lauded by the London's Times as "The Restaurant of Los Angeles," holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand, and landed on Eater's 38 Best Restaurants in America.

February 16th, 2020:

Featured Chefs: Josh Russ Tupper and Niki Russ Federman of Russ & Daughters

Josh Tupper started his career as an engineer, working in semiconductors, before moving to New York City to continue his family's 104 year-old culinary and cultural legacy alongside his cousin Niki Russ Federman. Russ & Daughters is known for the highest quality appetizing foods: smoked fish, caviar, bagels, bialys, babka, and other traditional baked goods.

Niki Russ Federman was educated at Amherst College and worked in a variety of professions- from the art world to international development- before realizing that her appetite was fulfilled by continuing her family's 105-year-old culinary legacy at Russ & Daughters. In 2016, Niki was named one of Crains' New York Business' "40 Under 40."
